About You

You're a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems and taking ownership of outcomes.

You'll bring:

  • Strong experience across Azure Infrastructure, Azure Networking and Entra ID / Active Directory.
  • Broad infrastructure engineering capability spanning cloud IaaS and PaaS and networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence engaging with stakeholders, vendors and technology partners.
  • Exposure to Terraform, Azure DevOps or automation technologies will be highly regarded.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support, maintain and continuously improve Guild's Azure infrastructure environment.
  • Manage and enhance Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking Infrastructure, M365 and EntraID.
  • Deliver infrastructure projects and technical initiatives from planning through to implementation.
  • Partner with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity, infrastructure optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Guild's transition to EML and associated infrastructure integration activities.
  • Balance project delivery with operational support in a business-critical environment.
