Acerta is Guild Insurance’s intermediary division, delivering insurance solutions supported by an experienced team providing timely broking advice and professional insight. As we invest further in digital capability, this is an exciting time to join Acerta and help shape how brokers engage with us digitally.

The Opportunity

The Digital Lead – Intermediary leads and shapes the digital experience for Acerta’s broker partners. Acting as the key link between brokers, underwriting teams and internal digital stakeholders, this role ensures our intermediary platforms perform reliably today and continue to evolve in line with business strategy.

Sitting at the intersection of brokers, underwriting and digital delivery, you will combine hands-on operational involvement with strategic influence. Using broker insight and data, you will help prioritise improvements that enhance usability, efficiency and engagement across the intermediary channel.

This role offers:

  • Genuine influence over Acerta’s intermediary digital platforms

  • A rare blend of strategy, broker engagement and hands-on delivery

  • Strong organisational investment in digital capability and ongoing transformation

Key Responsibilities

About You

You enjoy working at the intersection of brokers, systems and technology and have a strong understanding of how brokers transact digitally. You may currently work in an operational or platform focused role within a broking or underwriting environment, where you troubleshoot issues, analyse trends and help improve the digital tools used by brokers and underwriters. Alternatively, you may be in a broker facing role with a strong interest in technology and have played an active role in improving or shaping the systems that support day to day broking activity.

In either case, you enjoy working across users, products and technology to deliver better outcomes. You bring experience within a general insurance underwriting, broking or intermediary environment, with exposure to digital or underwriting platforms such as Guidewire, Sunrise, Winbeat or Steadfast systems or a purpose built platform. You understand the product lifecycle, can troubleshoot effectively and work closely with technology teams to deliver meaningful improvement, supported by curiosity, analytical thinking and clear communication that turns insight into action.
