Reporting to the NSW Workers Compensation Claims Manager, you’ll manage 50 – 60 claims end-to-end, provide strategic advice, and help shape the way we support our clients and each other. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing complex Workers Compensation claims end-to-end, ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and delivering timely, accurate outcomes
  • Determining liability, issuing appropriate notices, and coordinating medical assessments and rehabilitation services
  • Liaising with employers, injured workers, treating practitioners, and other stakeholders to facilitate safe and durable return-to-work outcomes
  • Supporting the NSW Regional Office and National Workers Compensation Claims Manager to strengthen client relationships and enhance service delivery
  • Attending case conferences, forums, and meetings with professionalism and insight
  • Identifying trends and collaborating with internal teams to support early risk management interventions
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About you… 

You’re a seasoned professional with a strong grasp of NSW Workers Compensation legislation, Acts and Guidelines—and you know how to apply them practically to deliver real outcomes. With more than two years’ experience managing claims end-to-end, you’re known for being thorough, reliable and customer focused.

You bring empathy, clarity and a calm, solutions-focused approach to every interaction. You’re a natural collaborator, able to build trust quickly and work seamlessly across departments. Your organisational skills are second to none, and you’re always looking for ways to improve.

Most importantly, you’re approachable, warm and generous with your time. You listen well, communicate clearly, and take pride in helping others grow.
