What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end management of Workers Compensation claims, ensuring fair, timely outcomes that support recovery and return to work
- Provide strategic advice and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful solutions
- Build strong relationships with employers, injured workers, and healthcare providers to facilitate safe and sustainable return-to-work plans
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help shape the future of claims management at Guild
- Represent Guild with professionalism and insight at case conferences and industry forums
