About the role:
- Receive and process new Pet, Property, and Motor claims via phone, email, or online, supporting customers through the lodgement process.
- Set clear customer expectations and manage claims according to Triage guidelines.
- Appoint service providers and capture accurate claim data on Claims Centre for efficient management.
- Set initial claims reserves based on received information and reserving philosophy.
- Manage low complexity and fast track Property/Motor claims with a customer-focused, financially efficient approach.
- Ensure claims meet guidelines, service standards, and SLAs while supporting team members and suggesting process improvements.
About you:
- Ideally, you'll possess insurance experience and a desire to grow and expand your expertise.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and relevant information is captured for claims.
- You bring exceptional customer focus, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating and communicating effectively with team members.
- Build rapport with customers quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, processing claims efficiently and professionally.
- Thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and discipline to meet personal and team goals.
