Where you could be

We at GuildLink are focused on delivering market leading technology solutions that drive better health outcomes. Trusted by over 4,200 pharmacies across Australia, we're proud to work directly with government health initiatives, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacists, research bodies, patient groups and the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.

Through our difference products, we have a core focus- better health outcomes to people across the country through quality use of medicines. Our innovative e-solutions support the delivery of digital healthcare solutions and medicines information to health professionals, consumers, and other partners.

What you could be doing

You have a seat at the table with the Senior Leadership Team, so you’ll be building relationships with other leaders across the business- whether it’s in product, development, or sales & relationships. These relationships and your understanding of our different products feeds into one of your key accountabilities: creating and executing marketing and communication plans for our products that resonate with our clients and support business growth and retention.

Ours can be fast-moving world where changes and updates can come swiftly so it’s vital for us to keep our clients informed. Our team will lean on your strong communications background to keep them up to date on product updates, changes, new features. You’ll be supported by our product and sales experts in this.

This is a hands-on role where you will use your well-developed skills in marketing and communications daily and where you will also be managing a small team of 2. Once you’re in this role, your first 18 months might look like this:

  • Your first 6-12 months will have tactical focus as we launch a number of product changes, so you’ll be focused on making sure our comms are fit for purpose and you’re establishing a cadence of communication with colleagues in other parts of the business so you’re well-aware ahead of time of the changes we need to communicate
  • 12 months onwards, working closely with our CEO to create and deliver our broader strategic marketing plan

Who you are

You’re an energetic marketing and comms professional and you’ll come with a curiosity to learn about our product, our people, and our clients. You’re able to have conversations at the senior level to understand what’s needed from and your team and to set expectations about what you can deliver. As you’ll be leading a small team, team management experience would also be ideal.

You will also bring with you campaign management experience, with ability to deliver diverse marketing communications programs end-to-end. You’d have background in brand identity creation as well as ongoing brand advocacy to complement your strong marketing copywriting, creative and communications skills.

It would be beneficial for you to have a background in the pharmacy/ pharmaceutical industries. However, if you’re coming from an FMCG or a nutraceutical background and are excited by working where health and technology come together, let’s start a conversation.
