About Guild Insurance

Guild Insurance is a proudly Australian-owned insurer with over 60 years of experience supporting professionals and businesses across the country. We partner with over 40 industry associations to deliver specialised, industry-informed insurance solutions, and we're trusted by more than 110,000 customers nationwide. Known for our strong customer focus, deep sector relationships and commitment to innovation, Guild is a respected leader in professional indemnity and business insurance for allied health and community-focused sectors.

How we'll thrive together

At Guild Insurance, we thrive together by staying connected to work that matters and supporting each other to grow. Our people are purpose-driven, curious and care deeply about the impact they make as we protect those who protect others and support the communities who rely on them.

You'll be part of a team shaped by collaboration, respect and continuous learning, where your contribution is valued, your development is encouraged and your success is celebrated.

About You

  • Experience in commercial or general insurance, with strong industry knowledge
  • Proven success in account management, partnership management or relationship management roles
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external audiences
  • Analytical, organised and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a collaborative environment

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a portfolio of national association partnerships, becoming a trusted advisor to key professional and industry bodies
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop initiatives that strengthen partner engagement and commercial outcomes
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and represent Guild at conferences, industry events and strategic meetings
  • Collaborate across underwriting, claims, marketing and distribution, providing broad exposure to the entire insurance value chain rather than being confined to a single function
  • Influence decision-making and drive outcomes in a business where ideas are heard and actioned quickly
  • Help shape partnership strategy while making a visible impact on Guild's growth and success

What We Offer

We offer a competitive remuneration package plus a hybrid working arrangement, providing flexibility for staff to balance work and life by operating from both the office and home. Together, these initiatives are designed to promote both professional achievement and personal wellbeing.

This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and involves working with national association partners across Australia.
