Your New Role

Your leadership will build a high‑performing, accountable claims culture that champions development, expertise, and exceptional service.

This is a role of significant strategic influence. You will work closely with senior leaders across underwriting, product, and operational teams to ensure claims insights inform decision‑making, shape portfolio strategy, and elevate customer experience. Your impact will directly reinforce Guild Insurance’s purpose of being there for those our communities rely on.

What you’ll bring

  • A passion for leading, developing and inspiring claims professionals
  • Strong operational and strategic improvement track record
  • Commercial acumen with ability to build best practice functions
