What You’ll Do
- Manage workers compensation cases with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Contribute to process improvements and sustainable change
- Targeting caseloads of 45–50 claims per portfolio
- Work with purpose and learn from a team that shares knowledge and supports each other
What We’re Looking For
- Senior Case Manager: Experienced in complex case management and mentoring others
- Case Manager: Solid experience in workers compensation case management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
