Your new role:
In this busy role you’ll provide timely and professional administrative support to five key leaders in the Insurance Business and will have the following accountabilities:
- Manage meeting agendas, minutes, action lists, and scheduling for management meetings
- Respond to queries and requests for information on behalf of the management team
- Handle calendar and email management, coordinating tasks, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, reports, and other documents based on instructions
- Provide administrative support, coordinate events, and assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations
About you:
- You're an experienced Team Assistant who has ideally worked in a professional services business.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities
- You’re a polished communicator and you build stakeholder confidence quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- A high level of discretion, integrity, and adaptability
- Positive energy, initiative, and the ability to work well under pressure
