The role 

  • Direct customer-focused niche Insurer across multiple product lines

  • Work closely with the NSW Acerta Underwriting team to drive intermediated strategy through selected brokers. Focus on new business production, renewals, and broker management. Provide support to ensure high-level service to partner brokers and foster profitable growth

  • Already an Underwriter eager to broaden your skillset or someone with commercial insurance experience seeking to transition into an underwriting role

  • Case Underwriting, adhere to underwriting standards, assist in debtor management, provide customer service support to brokers

  • Implement processes and procedures, ensure underwriting files meet standards, participate in team projects 

  • Ensure compliance, prepare reports for stakeholders and committees

  • Maintain accurate records of partner brokers, handle administrative duties related to policy acceptance, risk management, etc
