The role
Direct customer-focused niche Insurer across multiple product lines.
Sydney-based, with a hybrid work environment.
Work closely with the NSW Acerta Underwriting team to drive intermediated strategy through selected brokers. Focus on new business production, renewals, and broker management. Provide support to ensure high-level service to partner brokers and foster profitable growth.
Already an Underwriter eager to broaden your skillset or someone with commercial insurance experience seeking to transition into an underwriting role.
Case Underwriting, adhere to underwriting standards, assist in debtor management, provide customer service support to brokers.
Implement processes and procedures, ensure underwriting files meet standards, participate in team projects.
Ensure compliance, prepare reports for stakeholders and committees.
Maintain accurate records of partner brokers, handle administrative duties related to policy acceptance, risk management, etc.
