About the role

Reporting to the Business Reporting Manager, your focus will be to ensure our CRM system is fully operational, secure and compliant and support our business with insights and user support for our Salesforce CRM system. With your extensive knowledge gained working with Salesforce you will be able to provide reporting and insights as well as champion the config and customisation of Salesforce for our Fund.

Your accountabilities will also include:
• managing and user support of Salesforce
• managing data between our partners and undertaking data integrity checks
• documenting faults and change request and ensuring timely resolution
• managing the provision of data management services into the CRM system
• identifying and driving process and continuous improvement initiatives to support our business

About You

You are well known for your hands-on experience gained working with Salesforce, including automation, integrating salesforce with other systems, using salesforce reporting functionalities.
You will have strong experience working in a system change and implementation environment with customer focused and commercial outcomes environment.
You are also famous for your ability to build professional relationships, communicate effectively and are called on as a true specialist.

This is a great opportunity for you leverage your skills and take on 2-3 day a week role at a time when GuildSuper is moving into exciting new territories.
